This interface harness is suitable for any vehicle and is designed to be used with a VZ Commodore LS1 V8 engine. This interface harness plugs directly into the white plug on the Commodore engine harness. It comes with all the required fuses and relays.
The harness comes with the battery terminal connections, the plug to go to the engine harness, the A/C compressor plug and an OBDII plug.
The kit includes:
- Wiring loom
- Fuse / relay box and cover
- Relays and fuses
- Mounting hardware
The factory workshop manual will be required to connect the following wires.
- Tachometer (via tacho interface)
- Starter solenoid
- Thermo fans (negative switching)
- Fuel pump
- Economy / Power switch (when using Holden automatic)
- Reverse lights (when using Holden automatic)
NOTE 1: The original LS1 engine harness is required - our harness plugs into this
NOTE 2: Only suits VZ engine harness fitted with a single white plug - electronic / drive by wire throttle body
NOTE 3: To connect the drive by wire throttle pedal you will need the TAC module from your donor vehicle, the pedal needs to be wired to the TAC module and then the TAC module needs to be connected to the LS1 ECU.
