Fitted With NP231 Transfer case

Jeep Wrangler vehicles fitted with suspension lifts can suffer from severe driveshaft vibrations due to the very short rear drive shaft.

This kit enables the rear drive shaft to be lengthened which reduces the driveline angle. When building the new drive shaft a slip joint will be required. We also recommended the use of a double cardan joint or CV joint.

We now stock a short shaft kit for the NP231 transfer case. The kit consists of a new rear transfer case output shaft, rear extension housing, fixed yoke, seal, bearing, and other small parts for the installation including the instructions.
