In order to provide maximum durability under heavy load conditions, the basic system features:

• Two piece exhaust manifold.
• Mandrel bend exhaust pipe, bolting to stock system.
• Braided stainless steel, Teflon lined water and oil lines.
• Stainless steel hardware (clamps, studs etc.)
• Custom built turbocharger.
• Cast alloy air ducts.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES

In order to provide maximum durability in ambient temperature conditions over 30 degrees Centigrade, an oil cooler should be fitted, which features:

• Larger internal diameter hose and fittings to minimise oil pressure drop.
• High temperature resistant hydraulic hoses.
• Specific vehicle oil cooler mounting brackets.
• Oil filter adaptor mounting tube nut, manufactured to maintain original equipment design characteristics.

INTERCOOLER KIT

Intercooler kit features. In order to optimise engine performance, when operating the turbo charger under continuous heavy load conditions, an intercool is highly recommended, which features;

• Short, smooth flowing alloy ducts.
• Force air cooled, by electric blower.
• Reduced thermal stress on engine.
• Improved fuel consumption.
• Reduced smoke emissions.

In order to achieve the most economical balance between power, economy and smoke emissions, a fuel enrichment aneroid is recommended, which features:

• Original equipment design and quality.
• Technically correct air/fuel ratio management.
• Reduced stress, due to over fuelling.
• Reduced light load fuel consumption.
• Reduced full load smoke emissions.
