Engine; 6-cylinder (2F series) 4.2 litre petrol engine.

Gearbox; 4-speed manual. The main output shaft spline has 19t.

The gear ratios are:

1st 4.843:1, 2nd 2.619:1, 3rd 1.516:1, 4th 1:1, reverse 4.843:1

Transfer Case; The transfer case is two piece by construction and is part time 4WD with a low range ratio of 1.963:1.

Differential; The differential ratio is 4.11:1.
