The dual-diaphragm JMACX brake booster is an easy upgrade over the factory’s small single diaphragm providing up to 30% increased braking performance with the benefit of a reduction in pedal pressure. The unit is designed as an easy bolt-in replacement and has engineering compliance with ADR35 certification.

Ideal for 4WDs fitted with larger tyres, carrying heavy loads and towing your caravan.

Dual Diaphragm Brake Booster

A Dual Diaphragm Booster operates by increasing the level of assistance, which reduces the effort required to press the pedal. This can be achieved in two ways: by enlarging the rubber diaphragm’s surface area or by increasing the vacuum pressure differential.

JMACX’s Brake Booster upgrade utilizes a tandem design with dual rubber diaphragms to double the surface area of the diaphragm, resulting in an effective boost without requiring a larger canister.
