Click & Collect enables you to order online and collect your items from the Marks4WD store in Dingley Village, Melbourne.
Our Click & Collect is completely free with no additional charges or fees

What is the Process for Click & Collect?

• Add product(s) to the shopping cart
• During checkout, you will see the shipping option to select Click & Collect (only available to customers within Metro Melbourne areas)
• Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirming your order.
• When your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email or phone call advising you that the order is now available.

Notes

• Lead time is a minimum of 1 day from receipt of the order
• Large kits are picked and packed to order and may take 3 business days

When Can I Collect My Order

When your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email or phone call advising that it is ready for pickup.
Under no circumstances can an order be picked up before receiving the confirmation and providing the appropriate ID and order details
Collection times are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

What Do I Need To Bring to Collect My Order

1. 1. A copy of your order confirmation email (Either print it out or show us the email on your phone)
      or
   2. A valid Photo ID (eg Current driver’s licence, passport)

Cancelling or Changing your Order

To cancel or change an order, please email [email protected], including your name and order number, with details of any required changes.
