RYCO is excited to introduce the new Ryco NanoCel™ Air Filter (A5002R), leveraging the cutting-edge technology initially designed and rigorously tested in our Melbourne Laboratory for the GEN3 V8 Supercar Air Filter Program.

With Ryco’s Official Filtration Partnership with the Australian Supercars Championship, the Ryco engineers acknowledged that the new Gen 3 category needed to extend the engine life on their vehicles to reduce rebuild frequency and costs, with filtration playing a pivotal role.

Utilising the newly developed NanoCel technology, Ryco broadened this project’s scope beyond motorsport and delved into how this technology can be adapted to enhance passenger and 4WD vehicle filtration.

Tailored for the Toyota LandCruiser 200 Series, this innovative air filter boasts an exceptional 99.99% efficiency down to 5 microns, utilizing the advanced Supercar high-efficiency filtration technology gained from the Supercar program. Engineered to deliver unmatched engine protection, whether on the racetrack, road or dusty 4WD tracks in Australia’s challenging conditions, this filter ensures optimal performance and durability at all times.

The A5002R incorporates the unique Supercars designed seal and has a total of 4.2 times more filtration media compared to the OE equivalent, which typically offers only  1 sqm of media, with the filtration media being both flame-retardant and hydrophobic.

The filtration media is both flame-retardant and hydrophobic, ensuring that your air filter maintains peak functionality in extreme dry conditions or during water crossings.

The A5002R is the next in line, following the release of the A5001R for the Toyota LandCruiser VDJ200, with more in development to provide customers with options that will be the first of their kind on the market.
