Australia Wide Shipping

Marks4WD Adaptors ships to addresses within Australia using a range of couriers and postal services, including Australia Post, StarTrack and Direct Freight Express.

International Shipping

Marks4WD Adaptors ship worldwide via DHL only.

• If your Country is not listed at the Checkout, please contact [email protected] for confirmation.
• We Do Not ship some Products to International countries. The product description will identify these products as “This Item Is Not Available For International Shipping.“

Shipping Fees

The weight, size and number of packages determine the shipping cost.

Free Shipping

Products displaying “Free Shipping” are eligible for Free Shipping to all locations within Australia, but as indicated, they may exclude Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
If your Cart contains products that aren’t eligible, shipping will be calculated for these products only.
Marks4WD Adaptors determines the Free Shipping method, and we aim to get your item to you as quickly as possible.
The Free Shipping offer may be withdrawn or altered at any time.

Shipping Times

Customer orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 business days.
International orders will be despatched within ten business days.
Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched within four business days.
Orders placed using Express Postage / Express Couriers will be processed and dispatched within 3 business days. (IMPORTANT: The Express shipping is provided by the Freight company. The processing and dispatch time by Marks 4WD remains at our standard processing time period).
Transit times vary depending on the shipping address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Dispatch

All orders are despatched from our Dingley Village (Melbourne), Australia warehouse.

Drop Shipping

Some products are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer or supplier. This information is stated on the product page, and delivery usually takes one to three weeks.
