SHIPPING POLICY
Australia Wide Shipping
- Marks4WD ships to addresses within Australia using a range of couriers and postal services, including Australia Post, StarTrack and Direct Freight Express.
International Shipping
- Marks4WD ships worldwide via DHL only.
- If your Country is not listed at Checkout, please contact [email protected] for confirmation.
- Some Products cannot be shipped to international countries. These products will be identified as “This Item Is Not Available For International Shipping.“
Shipping Fees
- The weight, size and number of packages determine the shipping cost.
Free Shipping
- Products displaying “Free Shipping” are eligible for Free Shipping to selected locations within Australia. However, this offer may exclude Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
- If your shopping cart contains products that aren’t eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost will be calculated for these products only.
- Marks4WD determines the Free Shipping method, and we aim to get your item to you as quickly as possible.
- Mixed orders with products containing both free shipping and paid shipping can be separated and sent to different freight companies.
- For mixed orders containing products with both free shipping and paid shipping, the shipping cost will be calculated on the paid shipping products only.
- The Free Shipping offer is subject to change or withdrawal at any time.
Shipping Times
- Customer orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 business days.
- International orders will be despatched within ten business days.
- Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched within four business days.
- Orders placed using Express Postage / Express Couriers will be processed and dispatched within 3 business days.
(IMPORTANT: The Express shipping is provided by the Freight company. The processing and dispatch time by Marks 4WD remains at our standard processing time period). - Transit times vary depending on the shipping address.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
Dispatch
- All orders are despatched from our Dingley Village (Melbourne), Australia warehouse.
Drop Shipping
- Some products are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer or supplier. This information is stated on the product page, and delivery usually takes one to three weeks.
