Alternator Brush Set – 1VD LandCruiser

Genuine OEM Toyota Alternator Brush / Rebuild Set and Holder to suit the Toyota LandCruiser 1VD-FTV Alternator.

Due to the location of the alternator on the 1VD engine being down low, they are susceptible to destroying brushes which will stop the alternator from charging.

You could carry a spare alternator, but they are heavy and bulky or just these brushes.

Installation is quick & easy, remove the alternator off the engine, clean, remove the rear cover, remove the old brushes and fit the new brushes, reinstall the rear cover and refit back onto the engine.
