Transfer Case Adaptor to suit 4L80E 4-Speed Automatic to Toyota LandCruiser 5-Speed  Transfer Case (Split Case)

Our Marks 4WD transfer case adaptor is designed to fit the GM 4L80E auto transmission to the Toyota LandCruiser 5-speed manual (10/1982 onwards) 19 spline transfer case as used in the 40, 60 & 70 series models.

The kit comprises a cast aluminium adaptor housing, billet steel interface plate, shaft coupler, low-range lever mount, all required fixings and instructions.

When fitting the LS V8 engine and 4L80 transmission to a 60 Series LandCruiser, we recommend using our weld-in engine mount kit MFK40430 and cross member mounting kit MFK40440 (three-piece style) for ease of relocating the transmission cross member as it now mounts onto our housing rather than the gearbox.

Dimensions

• The 4L80E has an overall case length of 661mm (26″)
• The adaptor housing is 190mm long
• When coupled to the 4L80E measures 851mm.

Notes

• The driveshaft lengths will need to be modified to suit the new engine/transmission length.
